

Adult and Pediatric First Aid and CPR AED
This course teaches participants how to respond to a variety of emergencies involving adults, children, and infants. Training includes hands-on instruction in first aid for injuries, illnesses, and environmental emergencies, as well as CPR techniques and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). This training ensures that staff are prepared to act quickly and confidently during life-threatening situations and everyday incidents.

Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Training
The CMT training prepares Direct Support Professionals to safely administer medications in DDA-supported settings under RN delegation. Participants will learn proper medication administration procedures, documentation, infection control, and how to recognize and report side effects. This certification is essential for staff responsible for supporting individuals who require assistance with daily medications.

The Mandt System Training
Mandt Training focuses on building healthy relationships and promoting safety through positive behavior supports. This program helps staff prevent, de-escalate, and manage challenging behaviors using trauma-informed, person-centered approaches. Participants learn verbal de-escalation strategies and non-restrictive techniques to promote dignity, safety, and respect in all interactions.

Direct Support Professional Level II (DSP II) Training
This advanced training builds upon foundational DSP skills to deepen understanding and effectiveness in supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Topics include person-centered planning, self-determination, enhancing community inclusion, and promoting independence. DSP II equips staff with the skills to provide higher-level, compassionate, and responsive care aligned with DDA standards.
